The challenge
Off-the-shelf delivery platforms take a large cut and don't fit a personal-shopper business model. I needed a custom ordering system that customers of all ages could use without a learning curve, including a preview mode for people hesitant to create an account.
What I built
I built a full ordering platform from scratch. Customers place orders and receive live status updates at every step: order confirmed, shopping, checking out, on the way, delivered. Behind the scenes, an admin dashboard manages orders, customers, and final receipts.
